Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an Universal Banker to deliver exceptional client service across transactions and advisory interactions. The role emphasizes educating customers on digital banking, outbound outreach, and IRM-aligned solutions while supporting branch needs.

You will follow established routines, advance product knowledge through training, and work with occasional travel, weekends, and extended hours as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts for Truist services.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and events.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, supporting branch demands.
