Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify opportunities for branch sales.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client needs.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue training and product knowledge to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
