Job summary

Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to initiate and process repair service requests and support the Service Department. You will communicate with customers, gather vehicle information, and present clear estimates while coordinating with technicians.

The role emphasizes customer service, detailed RO preparation, and accurate cost estimates in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain their information
• Perform vehicle walk around with customer and determine any issues
• Serve as liaison between the customer and the technician to ensure needs are understood
• Prepare Repair Order (RO) with symptoms, problems, causes, and required service/repair work
• Provide the customer with accurate estimate of costs and fees
• Review repair order with guest at checkout and answer questions they may have
