Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is hiring a Services Solution Architect within the Automation and Agentic Operations Solutions Practice. You will lead solutioning for complex automation programs, shape opportunities, and translate business needs into robust architectures across multi-domain areas including Cloud, Security, and Digital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify measurements.
• A deep understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle.
• Proven track record in successfully working with Fortune 500 clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems in a group setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and business visualization skills

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and solutioning work for automation pursuits, working with sales and clients to define use cases and translate requirements into architectures and proposals.
• Lead client-facing discovery and solution design during sales cycles, validating data sources, feasibility, delivery approach and value assumptions.
• Qualify and drive automation opportunities forward, assessing fit, complexity, value potential and delivery readiness.
• Maintain accountability for progression, decision points and handoffs into execution.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to align expansion strategy, scope, and sequencing.
