Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical school cert preferred.
• Minimum six months in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and consultative sales abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers from check‑in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, provide service estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend maintenance based on customer needs and history.
• Coordinate with technicians for accurate communication and timely repairs.
• Process payments and deposits; maintain records; support customer satisfaction goals.
• Promote products/services and assist with inventory and service operations as needed.
