Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused professional for a regular, full-time banking role in the United States. You will handle client transactions, advise on digital banking tools, and support sales and relationship-building activities across the branch network.

You will engage with clients to identify needs, participate in IRM initiatives, and maintain compliance with policies while delivering a high-quality service experience. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and client outreach.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and build product knowledge to serve clients.
• Follow internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
