The role supports outbound client outreach and seamless relationship management within Truist Retail Community Bank. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, sales experience, and the ability to multi-task while upholding internal controls and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and handle complex transactions with assistance as needed.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outreach, identifying client needs, and referring to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management for Truist client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures for compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, aligning products to client needs.
