Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for our Los Angeles area branch. You will represent the Chase brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions to meet clients’ needs.

You will guide clients in using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to access banking services. The role requires strong communication, a focus on customer experience, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and retention.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone with the ability to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
