Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in the branch, delivering hospitality and expert financial guidance to clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging banking solutions to meet financial needs and simplify lives.

You will build trust through clear communication, educate clients on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs while adhering to banking

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with requirements, including training.
• High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalents accepted).
• SIE, FINRA 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with experts to address needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
