Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to provide hospitality-focused service in a Chase branch. You will build and manage client relationships, offering thoughtful banking solutions to meet their financial needs and improve their daily lives.

You will connect clients with Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to enable convenient access to technology and services, while complying with regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address client needs while building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
