Job summary

JPMorganChase in a Chase Branch seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences, acquire, manage and retain meaningful relationships, and tailor financial solutions to client needs. You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM technology while maintaining compliance with banking rules.

The role requires 1+ year in sales, strong communication skills, and availability to work weekends/evenings, with licensing support provided within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor features/benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; licenses required within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
