You will build trusted relationships, assist with everyday banking tasks, and collaborate with branch teammates to ensure seamless service and compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven client service experience in a banking or retail setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and adhere to all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
