Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to provide exceptional hospitality and servicing at the branch. You will connect with clients, explain banking products, and help them meet financial goals using Chase technology and in-person service.

You will participate in daily branch operations while maintaining compliance, risk controls, and a welcoming environment for customers and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team to deliver seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them to meetings, using a tablet to manage lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
