Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and technology-enabled service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to address their needs and support branch success.

You will educate clients on digital tools, collaborate with experts, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering a welcoming experience across channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training requirements.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
