In this role, you will meet clients in person and by phone, learn products quickly, and collaborate with experts to address banking needs while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with success in establishing new clients and growing relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor product features and benefits to diverse clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure consistent client experience.
• Adhere to risk parameters and compliance requirements, including required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with branch assigned clients, in person and by phone, to tailor recommendations.
• Learn products quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and collaborate with experts.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while following policies.
