Job summary

You will engage clients in person and by phone, leveraging digital tools to enhance banking experiences, while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements and contributing to branch success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the customer journey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with aptitude to tailor benefits of products to diverse client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk standards.
• Licensing prerequisites include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in the branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
