Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in Ohio to represent our brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions using our trusted digital tools.

You will work with a branch team to ensure compliance, navigate banking products, and deliver outstanding service during branch hours, helping clients meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail and client issues.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6 and state registrations; activate licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first, deliver attentive service, and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly; connect clients to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
