Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
Ability to create memorable client experiences.
Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.
High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
Solicit and tailor product and service recommendations to meet financial needs.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online services.
Learn products quickly and consult with specialists for complex needs.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
