Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in our Ohio branch to deliver welcoming, attentive service and practical financial solutions. You’ll greet clients, understand their needs, and guide them to appropriate products, while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include walking in or scheduled client support, leveraging Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs, and collaborating with specialists to address complex needs. Strong communication and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person and by phone, to build relationships.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
