The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and compliant, accurate service to support branch success. The position requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking and the ability to work varied branch hours, including weekends

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Commitment to risk and compliance obligations and training requirements.
• High school degree or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly service.
• Engage in clear, polite consultation to understand clients’ needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with branch clients in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Perform branch operations following bank policies and procedures.
