• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and adherence to bank procedures.
