You will build trusted relationships, assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and guide customers through digital tools while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely to understand and help clients.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash handling in line with bank procedures.
