Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, tech self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
