Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-first service and help clients reach their financial goals. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, and assist with opening accounts while ensuring compliance.

The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, educating customers on products, and collaborating with the branch team to provide seamless service. A high school diploma or GED is required, with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and using a tablet to manage lobby flow and appointments.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch teammates to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM duties, in line with bank policies.
