Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to provide personalized banking solutions and exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will build lasting relationships by understanding financial needs and offering targeted product recommendations, while adhering to regulatory requirements and licensing standards.

The role requires ongoing engagement with clients, educating them on Chase digital tools, and collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Strong attention to detail to resolve client issues and maintain consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required compliance training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are required; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person and over the phone to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking support.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
