JPMorgan Chase seeks a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality while leveraging banking solutions and fintech tools. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions to meet needs and simplify lives.

You will drive sales within compliant guidelines, connect clients to specialists for complex needs, and educate on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM services, while upholding regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with banking regulations
• High school degree or equivalent; licensing requirements in place or pursued within 180 days of hire
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
