Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver attentive service, open accounts, and educate clients on digital tools. The role emphasizes welcoming, empathetic interaction and collaboration with the branch team to help clients meet their financial goals.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a commitment to compliant, customer-centric service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients in, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts, while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash device duties in line with bank policies.
