Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and directing them to services.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and follow banking procedures.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Assist with branch operations, cash handling, and ATM management in line with policies.
