Qualifications

• Experience in client service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using the queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including mobile and online options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
