Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and attentive service in a branch setting. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and help customers navigate banking solutions while building trusted relationships.

You will educate clients on day-to-day banking, digital self-service options, and collaborate with team members to achieve financial goals. A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling devices, while adhering to policies.
