Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and fintech to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

In this role you will greet clients, open new accounts, educate on digital tools, and partner with the branch team to ensure a seamless service experience while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in client service or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts per policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and technology self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Handle branch operations tasks, including cash devices, while following bank procedures.
