Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, including opening new accounts, per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling with adherence to bank policies.
