Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service. Greet clients, manage lobby, check-in, and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
