Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, provide attentive service, and open accounts while adhering to policies. You will help clients use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, and collaborate with team members to meet financial goals.

The role emphasizes relationship building, understanding client needs, and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across banking channels.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices like cash vault and ATMs per policies.
