Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver friendly, attentive service and support clients with banking needs in‑branch. You will assist with account openings, servicing, and leveraging digital tools to enhance the client experience.

You will cultivate trusted relationships, listen actively, and collaborate with team members to help clients reach their financial goals while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and using a tablet to manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
