Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to deliver exceptional client experiences using our latest banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve their financial goals in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

Customer service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn banking products quickly.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentiveness and care.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
Handle branch operations tasks, including cash devices, while adhering to policies.
