Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, provide attentive service, and build trusted relationships by leveraging the latest banking technology. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, and help customers navigate Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their everyday banking needs.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful client relationships by active listening, empathetic questions, and cross-selling solutions with branch colleagues.
Perform branch operations including cash handling and use of cash devices while following policies.
