Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and help them achieve their financial goals. You will greet customers, manage lobby activity with a tablet, and open or service accounts in compliance with policies.

You will educate clients on day-to-day banking, leverage mobile and online tools, and build trusted relationships by listening actively and tailoring product solutions with the branch team to support customers' financial journeys.

• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, following bank policies.
