Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or similar role.
• Ability to learn banking products quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
