Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in client service or banking is preferred.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients to create a welcoming environment and manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and open new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM usage.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening and offering product solutions.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices per bank procedures.
