Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
