Job summary

You will greet clients, assist with day-to-day banking, open new accounts, and work with the branch team to exceed expectations while strictly following policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through branch processes.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and team members.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
