Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch teammates to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices and adhering to bank policies.
