KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in New York to engage clients, uncover financial needs, and provide tailored guidance. You will lead conversations, open accounts, and collaborate with branch teammates to deepen relationships and meet sales objectives.

This role demands strong communication, a client-first mindset, and the ability to educate clients on digital banking tools while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value and debt-to-income.
• Strong communication, prospecting and tele-consulting skills.

Mansioni

• Engage clients to uncover needs and provide financial guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts and related products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other business lines.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and proper documentation of interactions.
• Assist with Teller duties and participate in morning huddles.
