• Fundamental sales and service techniques with clients; ability to network and prospect.
• Experience with influencing partners and using lead lists or referrals.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and offer guidance and solutions.
• Open personal and small business accounts and discuss deposit products and loans.
• Build partnerships with branch teammates and internal partners to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with teller transactions and participate in morning huddles as needed.
