Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts (checking, small business, various deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, etc.).
• Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners – focusing on client acquisition and deepening the relationship of current clients.
• Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
• Support of branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
• Participate in and occasionally facilitate in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
