Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to develop current and new customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms to educate clients and complete transactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial needs and provide guidance and solutions.
• Open and deepen client relationships through proactive conversations and cross-sell.
• Meet activity, behavior, and outcome goals as a branch team member.
• Support client transactions on Teller line and assist with branch operations.
• Attend and contribute to morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Adhere to risk, compliance, and audit requirements and document client interactions.
