KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients in conversations and uncover financial needs, offering guidance and solutions to support their wellness. You will attract new clients and grow relationships with existing clients, both in person and through proactive calling efforts.

Ideal candidates are client-focused, sales-driven, and capable of working with branch teammates to deliver tailored financial solutions while adhering to risk and policy standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with sales and building client relationships.
• Ability to discuss financial wellness with clients and upsell when appropriate.
• Notary License preferred.

Aufgaben

• Opening personal and business accounts and servicing deposit products.
• Developing partnerships to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Provide financial wellness recommendations and guidance to clients.
• Ensure compliance with risk, security and audit policies.
