Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience emphasized over financial services experience.
• Knowledge of consumer credit and banking products helpful.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with every client and teammate.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and provide recommendations.
• Attain personal activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
• Open personal and business accounts and deposit products.
• Develop partnerships to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
