Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationships.
Experience with sales is important for meeting goals and building referrals.
Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting and outside calling.

Responsibilities

Opening personal and business accounts and related deposit products.
Developing partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and proper documentation of client interactions.
Support of branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line.
